AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY.

• Procedure followed in decision making process including Channels of supervision and Accountability:.
• The Board of Directors of the Corporation is empowered to take all the policy decision and Managing Director is vested with powers to conduct or manage the business of the company, subject to the control and supervision of the Board of Directors.
• The Managing Director is appointed with the prior approval of the Government for such period as deemed fit. The Managing Director is authorized by the Board to exercise such powers and discretion in relation to the affairs of the Company as specifically delegated by the Board of Directors of the Company.
• The Technical supervision of the work is carried out by the Project Engineer /Assistant Project Engineer and Site Supervisors appointed by the Managing Director on Contract basis subject to the general control and supervision of the Chief Engineer.
• The Management of Funds of the Corporation is vested with Managing Director assisted by the Finance Manager of the Corporation. The bank accounts of the Corporation are strictly operated by the Managing Director / Finance Manager. All Administrative functions are under the direct control of the Managing Director who is assisted by Administrative Manager and Finance Manager.
• All major decision relating to execution of works, fund management and administrative matters are taken only with the approval of managing Director All the financial transactions as well as other administrative matters are managed from the Corporate Head Office of the KPHCC.

WINGS OF THE CORPORATION :

TECHNICAL

      The Technical wing is headed by a Chief Engineer  assisted by Assistant Executive Engineers/Project Engineers and other technical staff engaged on contract basis. The Chief Engineer/Assistant Executive Engineer are appointed on deputation/retired hands from the Civil construction wings of the State/Central Government Departments. Shri.S.Satheesh Kumar, Rtd.Dy.Chief Engineer(PWD) is presently working as Chief Engineer  of the Corporation..

FINANCE

      The Finance wing is headed by a Finance manager taken on deputation from the Finance Department of the state Government with supporting staff engaged on contract basis. Sri. Shajumudeen (Joint Secretary to Government,Govt.Secretariat) is presently working as Finance Manager of the Corporation.

ADMINISTRATION

      The Administrative wing is headed by an Administrative Manager appointed on contract basis from the retired hands in Govt.Service/PSU in similar capacity with supporting ministerial staffs engaged on contract basis. Sri.P.K.Saseendran,Rtd A.O,KWA is presently working as Administrative Manager of the Corporation
